Liz did great today!  If it wasn't for her poor hands she would've done more pullups.  Bench pressing is new to her but she did really well especially the last set.  I missed the boat on pictures and video of Liz.  I know its a great disappointment to her fans.  Sorry.

Overall this WOD introduced some interesting twists into our workout.
