After the warmup and skills training he did a mini-Diane using body weight dead lifts (205) and push ups for 21-15-9 reps in a little over 6 minutes. Let no one tell you that getting a "cardio" workout at the same time as strength training isn't possible. Call Mike, he'll swear they're wrong.
