Fran!

Fran - one workout all CrossFitter's know. Fran is a named workout that is a blast to do in several senses. Some people have done it in two minutes!

Today's WOD:

Fran

95 lbs Thrusters

Pull-Ups

21-15-9 reps for time.

Warmup:

60 Second-per-side Samson Stretch

Run 400m

15 Push-ups

60-sec Superman

12 Ring Dips

25 Abmat Sit-ups

2 rounds

Results:

Clarence finished!  Scaled and he wasn't feeling well.

Mike 6:49!  Great time! Almost two minutes better than his last attempt, which was scaled while this one wasn't!
