Oh! We LOVE Tabatas!

Today's WOD:

Tabata Bottom to Bottom

20 seconds of work, in this case, air squats, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rest is in the bottom of the squat position, hence the name.

Warmup:

 

  1. 30-sec Samson Stretch
  2. Abmat Situp
  3. Superman
  4. Good Morning
  5. Pull-Up
  6. Ring Push-ups
  7. Ring Dips

 

5 rounds of 15 reps.

These tabatas are scored by taking the least reps as the score.  Underlined numbers are the score.

 Tabatas are fun, intense but fun. Everyone thinks, "I can do anything for 4 minutes," yea most things, but not hold your breath! At CrossFit Tally we love tabatas!

Danielle is our newest member. She completed her second Foundation session today with a scaled version of Diane. Deadlifts were challenging for her but she toughed her way through. You just gotta be happy when someone finds it hard but keeps pushing through it. Way to go Danielle!
