30 Pull-Ups

30 Power Cleans (155/95)

800m Run

3 Rounds for time.

 Warmup:

 

  1. 30-sec Samson Stretch
  2. Row 500m
  3. Abmat Sit-up
  4. 30-sec L-Sit
  5. Air Squats
  6. Good Morning
  7. Cross-over Push-Up

 

3 rounds of 12 reps.

Results:

Liz: 40 minutes scaled

Mike: 45 minutes

Clarence: 1 hour 10 minutes.  Way to stay with it Clarence!

Shaun: 38 minutes
