Down and Up, now with a ball, again faster!

Today's WOD:

10 Burpees

10 Medicine Ball Cleans

10 Rounds for time.

Then as a sweetener go hard for a round of Tabata Sit-ups!  (Everyone has Clarence to thank for this exciting addition. Yea Clarence!)

Warmup:

  1. 30-sec Samson Stretch
  2. Abmat Sit-up
  3. Air Squats
  4. Pull-Up
  5. Ring Dips
  6. Handstand Push-ups

3 rounds of 10 reps.

Results:

Liz: 28:10 & 11 Tabata Sit-Ups

Clarence: 28:00 & 11

Mike: 17:12 & 9

Sean: 16:58 & 7

Stephen: 22:46 & 6
