Here I am with Coach Burgener at last weekend's CrossFit Olympic certification seminar. I'm not sure if you guys know or not but Coach Burgener is a rock star in the CrossFit world. The cert was fabulous! Soon we'll bedoing lots more olympic lifting. I can't wait!

I think everyone learned how important the down/up dip is to the push press. We'll see this again with the olympic lifts. Practically everyone today either missed and then recovered or almost missed and improved their next lift by attending to the details of the down/up dip. Great Job! So far Clarence is our strongest member. Clarence how long till 300?
The little gym was a hopping place this morning, which means I was too busy to take many pictures but I did get a few. Our father son team of Rick and Derek did their second Foundation session today. I made a slide show of their scaled Diane. Isn't it great they can do this together? I'm jealous.
