Back Squat Bodyweight 21-15-9

Run 800m after each set.

Warmup:

  1. 30-sec Samson Stretch
  2. Air Squats
  3. 60-sec L-Sit
  4. Superman
  5. Pull-up
  6. Ring Dips
  7. Handstand Push-up

4 rounds of 14 reps.
