Have you ever worked out?

One of our athletes remarked to me the other day that although he had worked in more than one gym and been a personal trainer he had never really worked out before beginning CrossFit. That's an interesting question to ask yourself. Have you ever really worked out? And if you haven't what have you been doing?

Today's WOD:

Tabata Something Else

Push-ups

Sit-ups

Squats

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds of each exercise. Complete each exercise before moving to the next exercise.

Clarence is really testing out his abs with as many GHD sit-ups as I'll let him do, so far not hurting. Now don't think that you too can do what he does unless you got the 2 inches of abs this boy has! Last time out Clarence didn't score since he scaled it but now he's a contender!

I have to tell you a funny story Sean told today. It seems this weekend he went to the Destin beach wearing his CrossFit shirt. A guy there asked him if he did CrossFit and Sean said he did. The guy then said it was too crazy for him. I don't think Sean told him what he told us but he should have! After telling Stephen and me the story Sean casually remarked that his mom did CrossFit! Ha! If only Sean had made the same remark to that guy! Hilarious! Too crazy for him but Sean's mom does it! I love it!
