Baby Bear on the Run
  
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
   
All weights are 125/85lbs.
Run 400m after each round.
5 reps for each movement for one round. 
3 Rounds for time.
   
Time limit: 25 Minutes
5 burpee penalty everytime you put the bar down mid-round.
