Baby Bear on the Run
  
Power Clean 125/85lbs
Front Squat
Push-Press
Back Squat
Push-Press
  
1 rep of each movement for 5 times for one round. 
Run 400m after each round.
  
3 Rounds for time.
Time limit: 25 Minutes

  1. Group Tabata
  2. Shoulder Swing x20
