Score the best of 3 attempts. Do not lower the weight between efforts. Follow the CrossFit Total protocol.

Consecutive Doubleunders
  
Time Limit: 20 Minutes

Warm-up:

  1. Jump Rope 3 Minutes
  2. Shoulder ROM
  3. Shoulder Swing x10
  4. Squat Jump x15
  5. Wall Climbers x5
