Fun with Burpees!
 
50 Burpees
40 Burpee Pull-ups
30 Burpee Tuck Jumps
20 Burpee Two Push-ups
10 Burpee Side Jumps
10 Mountain Climber Doubles
 
For time.
Time Limit: 20 Minutes

Warm-up:

  1. Run 400m or Row 500m
  2. Air Squat x10
  3. Push-up x10
  4. Pull-up x10
  5. Mountain Climber Doubles x5

MOD:

  • All Burpees
