Bench Press 50% of 1RM
3 Minute AMRAP
This is a single set. If you rack the bar you are done.
 
Followed by:
 
Power Skip 400m for time.

Warm-up:

  1. Run 200m
  2. Partner Row 1,500m (250m each)
  3. Alternate Row with 5 Burpees
