Back Squat + Shoulder Press + Deadlift
 
Warm up each movement immediately before your attempt.
Score the best of 3 attempts at each movement. Do not lower the weight between efforts. Add the 3 high scores to find your CrossFit Total.

Warm-up:

  1. Row 500m or Run 400m
  2. Warm-up each movement.
