Burpees
 
7 Minute AMRAP 
Must touch object 6" above reach
 
Followed by:
 
6 Hanging ring extensions (right arm + left arm = 1)
6 Sots Press 45/35 lbs
12 GHD Sit-ups
 
14 Minute AMRAP

Warm-up:

  1. Pacer Run 400m
  2. Burpee Wave x10
  3. Shoulder ROM x2
  4. Touch Jump Touch x10
