Today's WOD:

5 Deadlifts @ 65% of 1RM
10 Pull-ups
15 Sit-ups
 
Fifteen 2 minute rounds.
You can only start at the beginning of a round. If you finish early you rest. If you finish late you rest until the next minute.

Warm-up:

  1. Partner Row 1,500m
  2. Alternate Row with 5 Pull-ups, 10 Sit-ups, 10 Ring Dips

MOD:

  • Deadlift
  • Pull-up
  • Sit-up

Post-WOD:

Stretch: Hamstring
