5 Hanging ring extensions (right arm + left arm = 1)
3 Clapping Push-ups
5 Sots press 45/35 lbs
1 Basketball Score 15' (Fail = 3 Wall Climbs)
Run 200m
  
5 Rounds for time.
Time Limit: 17 Minutes

Warm-up:

Jump Rope 2 Minutes
Group Snatch Work (15 Minutes):
  1. Hang Snatch
  2. Mid-thigh Snatch
  3. Above the knee Snatch
  4. Below the knee Snatch
