Run 10m while holding a medicine ball (20/14 lbs), start only on the minute then add one per minute until failure.
Touch the ball to the ground beyond the marker line on every turn.
Score total meters.

  2. Row 500 or Run 400m
  3. Wall Ball x15
  4. Squat Clean w/bar x10
