Run 800m
40 Turkish Get-ups
40 Step-ups 24/20"
50 Sit-ups
50 Figure 8 Lunges
40 Kettlebell Roll-up Thruster
110 Doubleunders
 
All movements are with a single 24/16 kg Kettlebell.
Partners are not to allow the kettlebell to touch the ground or other surface. 10 Burpee penalty for each team member if the kettlebell is not continually held. You must hold it in your hands.
