Dog Gone Good

Everyone seemed to have a great time and we raised a little money for a good cause. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Today's WOD:

Dog Gone Good
 
3 Rounds for max reps 1 minute each of:
 
Thrusters 75lb
KB swings 24/16kg
Jumping Air Squats (6 inch clearance)
Lateral Burpees
5M sprints down and back (each direction is 1 rep)
 
1 minute rest in between rounds.
