A Heavy Day . . .

Today's WOD: Deadlift 5 x 5

Mike, henceforth known as the "Deadlifting Machine" cranked them out with the last set at 320, AND he could'da done more if his lax coach had started him higher.

 

 

Elizabeth also put forth a good effort and her final set was at 135.  Cool!

 

No problem, Deadlifts at 6 am after 60 burpees, not a problem!

 

Warmup:

10 Supermans

20 Abmat Situps

10 Pullups

20 Burpees
