30 Pull-ups

5 rounds for time


Samson Stretch

Overhead Squat

Abmat Sit-ups

Air Squats

60 Second L-Sits

Run to the Stop Sign

2 rounds of 16 reps.


Liz 1:02 4 rounds with 1 pood kettlebell

Clarence 1:05 5 rounds with 1 pood kettlebell

Mike 55 minutes 5 rounds with 1.5 pood kettlebell!

Alas all were scaled but Eva is tough enough for everyone!
