  2. Knees-to-elbows
  3. Pull-ups
  4. Ring Dips
  5. Handstand Push-ups

3 rounds of 10 reps.

Just a little leg workout, right! This was a fast burner WOD! While it looks like Liz and Mike must have worked out together they didn't but they did do the same WOD in the same time. How's that for a coincidence?
