Today's WOD:


5 Handstand Push-Ups

10 1-legged Squats

15 Pull-Ups

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.


Samson Stretch

Air Squats

60 Sec L-Sit


Ring Dips

3 rounds of 10 reps.


Liz - 7 rounds scaled

Clarence - 7 rounds scaled

Mike - 8 rounds scaled

I know that some people do see themselves as gymnast but I'm sure not one of them, and I don't think any of these people did either.  Yet, by learning and doing gymnastic moves we become fitter than we would be otherwise, and its really interesting to learn too!


Whipping about is inefficient but we can tame it into a kip!

Clarence says he never smiles, but I think I him flash one when he finished "Mary."
