Warm-up:

  1. Run 2 laps
  2. Reverse Hyper x15
  3. Back Squat: 50% X5 reps, 70%X3 reps, 90%X2 reps then 3 x 1 reps
  4. Press: 50% X5 reps, 70%X3 reps, 90%X2 reps then 3 x 1 reps
  5. Deadlift: 50% X5 reps, 70%X3 reps, 90%X2 reps then 3 x 1 reps
