Backsquatting Tabatas!

Here's a video of Shaun doing many of the things I mentioned to a few folks today. Look for his head position and notice he's not looking up but that his head is in natural alignment with his back as he is presumably looking at the York sticker on the rack. Also look for him to take a large breath before he squats. Then finally notice how he gets away from the bar as he misses his last lift.  That's the way to move and the only safe way outside of a cage to back squat heavy weights. Notice how the bar never gets close to hitting him. Way to go Shaun!
