Use 90% of 5RM.

Warm-up:

  1. Jump Rope 2 minutes
  2. Shoulder ROM
  3. Reverse Hyper x10
  4. Warm-up each movement prior to the wod.
  5. Back Squat/Press  w/50% x5
  6. Back Squat/Press w/70% x3
  7. Back Squat/Press w/90% x2
