Run 400m
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Handstand Push-ups

Time Limit: 15 Minutes

Warm-up:

  1. Row 500m or Run 400m
  2. Squat x20
  3. Push-up x20
  4. Burgerner Warm-up x2

MOD:

  • Clean & Jerk 10 in 10
  • Deadlift
  • GHD Sit-up
  • Handstand Push-up
