100 Hand Release Push-ups
80 Jumping Lunges
200 Doubleunders
60 Kettlebell Swings 32/24 kg
100 Wall Ball Passes

Time Limit: 45 minutes
One partner works at a time except running and wall ball passes.

Warm-up:

  1. Walk: Inside, outside, heel, toe
  2. Agility Ladder x5 
  3. Pacer Run 400m
  4. Wall Ball Passes x10
