3 sets of 2 minutes alternate movements.
Record total of each movement.
 
Followed by:
Bring Sally Up
Go down when it says down and up when it says up. 135/95 lbs

Warm-up:

  1. Run 400m
  2. Air Squat x20
  3. Bear Crawl 20m
  4. Squat Hold 30 seconds

MOD:
