Individual Warm-up:

Complete prior to class.

Group Warm-up:

The CFTally Warm-up
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:  
  1. Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
  2. Wall Ball
  3. Sit-ups  
  4. Hip Extensions  
  5. Push-ups
  6. Bar Dips

Partner Deadlift Accessory Work
 
2 Rounds each of:
20 Romanian Deadlifts, 185/135 - with minimal knee bend descend to below knees, no lower.
20 Partial Deadlifts, 185/135 - pull from the floor to above the knees, no higher.
20 Deadlifts, 185/135
20 Sumo Deadlifts, 185/135
 
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
Time Limit: 30 Minutes
One athlete works while the other rests.
