Group Warm-up:

3 rounds of 5-7 reps of:
 
  1. Shoulder ROM
  2. Burgener Warm-up (1 per round)
  3. Overhead Squat
  4. Sots Press
  5. Snatch Balance
  6. Squat Snatch
