- Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
- Walk: Inside, Outside, Heel, toe w/PVC Shoulder Dislocation
- Agility Ladder x2
- Jumping Air Squats
- Run 10m x5 or Run 200m
- The Docs are in at 3:30 today!
- Stretch: Hip
