Warm-up:

Partner Row 1,200m (Switch every 200m)

Alternate with: 

Round One: 5 Front Squats + 5 Shoulder Press
Round Two: 5 Hang Squat Cleans + 5 Jerk Balances
Round Three: 5 Split Jerks + 5 Bar Facing Burpees
All with barbell. 

Mobility:

Foam Rolling: Quads, Hammies, Ab, Adductors
