Warm-up:

Partner Row 1,200m (Switch every 250m)

Alternate with:

Round 1: 20 Shoulder Swings 
Round 2: 15 Squat Therapy w/pvc (bar optional)
Round 3: 10 Sots press wpvc (bar optional)

Followed by: 15 Overhead squats w/bar

Mobility:

Wall Stretch

For as long as possible:

From 0:00-3:00 minutes complete

2 Rounds of:

10 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00 minutes complete

2 Rounds of:

12 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00 minutes complete

2 Rounds of:

14 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs
14 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Etc., following the same patteren until both rounds of required reps are not completed in the time frame. 
Athlete must wait until the time change to begin the next two rounds. 

If unsuccesful with 15.2: (you don’t make it out of the 1st round)

30 Squat Therapy w/bar
