Run 5k for time.

Coach's Notes:

The king of our runs! 5K Wednesday!. I want to see some huge Pr's on this. Everyone has worked really hard on their running and seem to be doing very well. I'm going to do 5 burpees for each Pr I see on the board. Spend time mobilizing after the run and lets get feeling good for the last two days!
