It's been too long since our last partner wod! But no rest for you! You and your partner will have to complete as many calories on the rower and toes to bar as possible in 20 minutes. You can switch whenever you want and rest whenever you want. In the end, you and your partner will score your calories and toes to bar as one number for your total reps for the wod. Strategy will play a huge roll in this one. Talk it over with your team mate and communicate during the wod. Spend extra time on mobility today and get feeling good. Work out all the kinks and soreness. Be ready to work hard with your partner. Individuals will row for 2 minutes and then move to toes to bar for 2 minutes.
