First partner finishes the thrusters and rowing before the second partner starts.
After the third partner finishes team rests 5 minutes then

200 Slam Balls 25/15 lbs

One partner slams while one partners holds two kettlebells (32/24 kg) and the other holds a bar at the hang (185/125 lbs).
Only count slams when both partners are holding.
