WOD:

150 Ring Rows (Muscle Up counts as 5)

150 Hip Extensions

150 Push-ups (Handstand Push-ups count as 3)

150 Box Jumps 24/20" (Fully over counts as 2)

150 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

150 Interlocked Sit-ups (all 3)

1 Partner Runs 200m with Medicine Ball other 2 work inside.  If runner is walking then inside team members do 8 burpees.
