HSPU Box Jump Ladder (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
On Minute 1, complete 1 Handstand Push-up and 1 Box Jump 30/24
Every minute following add 1 repetition to each movement.
(on Minute 5 the athlete will complete 5 HSPU and then 5 Box Jumps)
Record total rounds completed and any additional reps into the next round.
