Volume Work: 10 Minutes Pull-up (AMRAP - Reps)
Every Minute on the Minute complete 1 very challenging Pull-up
This may be weighted, or this may be a very high pull up. (some may be able to perform a strict bar muscleup)
Max Repetition: Kipping Pull-up
Without letting go of the bar complete as many Kipping Pull-ups as possible.
If using bands for pull ups then perform a max set of pull ups on that band. Record band color in comments.
