Looking for 6 heavy doubles. Do not consider it a heavy double until it is heavier than your last 5x3.
Double Tabata Push-ups and Pull-ups (AMRAP - Reps)
16 Rounds of :20 on and :10 off:
Odd rounds: Push-ups
Even rounds: Pull-ups
