This is a repeat workout so be sure to check your previous score. It is hard to improve your score without pushing your run pace! With that said the weather shows that tomorrow may not be so great outside. If the floors are wet and its raining making this workout not happen we will modify to the mainsite workout today. It's GHD volume is through the roof so be sure to reduce reps as necessary, athletes choice for DB weight.
