Run and Done (Time)

3 rounds of:
20 Push-ups
Run 400m
10 Push-ups
Rest 2 minutes between each round and after 3rd round.

3 rounds of:
10 Medball Cleans 20/14
Run 200m
20 Slam Balls 25/15
1 minutes rest between rounds

Score Total Time
Training Time: 30-36 Minutes

Please note that there are 6 total rounds. The total time it takes to complete all rounds including rest will be included in the score.
