EOMOM (Every other minute on the minute) for 10 minutes.

5 back squats

3, 2, 1 Go - do 5 back squats, the timer will beep every 2 minutes, when it goes, do 5 more back squats. This will equal 5x5 on your back squat. Rx is completing all rounds. Score is weight.

10 Minute Cindy

In 10 minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats

Record rounds and reps.
