Workout Of the Day:
10 back squats 185/125
Every 2 minutes the timer will beep. A partner will then start back squatting their 10 reps and quickly get on the rower, they will row for the remainder of the 2 minute window. At the end the timer will beep and they will stop, their partner will start back squatting. Rinse and repeat until 3k/2700m is comlpeted.
