Alternating jumping lunges x2
Minute 1 athletes will perform 1 pull-up and a jumping lunge on each leg.
Minute 2 athletes will perform 2 pull-ups and 2 jumping lunges alternating on each leg.
Athletes will continue to work until they can no longer get the amount of work done within the minute.
Score the minute you got to on the clock plus additional reps. (i.e. if the clock says round 5 and you get your 5 pull ups and 6 of the 10 lunges, then your score is 5+11)
