Row 1500m
Switch every 250m
Partner not rowing must hold 2 kettlebells in the front rack or meters do not count.

Men use 24kg kettlebells
Women use 16kg kettlebells

Training time: 5 - 7 minutes, 7 minute cap
This has 1 partner sprinting while the other is resting in an uncomfortable position, forcing a belly breath. Once the first rower is done they will switch, caveat, the rower is winded and now having to breath while holding in the front rack. IF YOUR PARTNER SETS THE BELLS DOWN YOU MUST STOP.
