Workout Of the Day:

For 3 - 5 rounds complete for quality:

10 chin-ups
12 glute bridges w/ 3 second hold at top
30 second double underhand deadlift hold at around 50% 1RM DL.
8 glute ham raises
1 minute straight arm hollow body plank

Score total rounds completed. Stop at end of class or when you need to leave! You don't need to work as a group, coach will come around and work with individuals struggling on specific things.
