12 glute bridges w/ 3 second hold at top
30 second double underhand deadlift hold at around 50% 1RM DL.
8 glute ham raises
1 minute straight arm hollow body plank
Score total rounds completed. Stop at end of class or when you need to leave! You don't need to work as a group, coach will come around and work with individuals struggling on specific things.
Here’s a good example of the #ghr or #glutehamraise Notice how he keeps his hip open. That’s not easy to do but you must! I would say this is the strict version. It’s also fine to do a hip extension into the ghr too. One scaling option is doing negatives with a buddy helping you to get back up.
